Mary Syrrist, a Rockbridge County local girl and certified yoga instructor, is returning home for a few weeks and was so kind to offer a few classes while she is in town. She teaches Ashtanga yoga (the parent practice of power yoga) along with pranayama, or breath practice.
Come and take her class on Thursdays at 5:30-6:45 in the studio. She will be teaching October 20th and 27th.
Mary is a dynamic but grounded teacher who has been practicing for nearly 20 years and uses her practice daily for guiding her life with a family with four young children.
