We certainly hope everyone is transitioning to our new booking system smoothly. One of those steps is to sign a new liability waiver, because we couldn't transfer them from Mindbody to Wix. This is also a great way to update some infomation. So, please click the button below and submit the liability form if you are an active client with us. You will need to fill one out to participate in our classes. We will also have the page pulled up to fill one out at the studio, if you prefer.
