Are you planning a long weekend of food, family, travel, or all of the above? Or none of the above? We won't even mention Black Friday shopping or Christmas decorating! Thanksgiving weekend is smashed full of activity and by Sunday you might feel drained and stressed, instead of filled with holiday cheer and gratitude.
Let's take 90 minutes to reset our wellness meter and fill our cup, instead of continually dipping out of it, or worse, spilling it everywhere. Karen will lead a series of deep stretches and restorative postures with mini-meditations on gratitude, joyful giving, and compassion. Use guided breathwork to loosen energetically stuck places and create intentions for listening to our bodies in times of stress and fatigue.
You can use a class pass or drop in for this special workshop. As an extra gesture of gratitude, we will be having a food drive. If you are able, bring one or more non-perishable food items that we will deliver to RARA.
