Breathwork + Yoga Nidra is Back

Guest teacher Emily Archer will be bringing back her Yogic breathwork and Yoga Nidra workshop on Sunday, October 22nd from 11:00-12:30 pm.

Emily has gotten great reviews for her previous 2 workshops. Breathwork can help unlock stuck energy, release tension, and even be a pathway for emotional release and healing. It has benefits for both the physical body and the mind in the form of stress management.

The early bird pricing is $25 for a drop in. If you already have a class pack with us, use a class pass and $15 as a member benefit.

If you sign up with a class pass, we can take the additional $15 the day of the workshop or anytime you are in the studio. Use this time of seasonal transition to come back to your body and mind with some well-deserved self-care.
