This is the last week for early bird pricing for "Finding Joy in the Busy-ness" 4 hour workshop. Alyson Ross has researched stress and it's effect on caregivers and first responders during her career at NIH. She takes that knowledge and her experience as a yoga instructor to create a series of small practices that can relieve stress and bring more joy to your days, by taking time for awareness of the present moment.

Saturday, January 28th is our next pop-up aerial yoga class. Join Karen at 10:30 for a fun hour of exploration in the silks.
