We love to see new faces at our studio and if it is your first time trying yoga we want to make it as ease full as possible. It can be intimidating to try out something new.
In May, Karen will be offering a 4 week Beginner Yoga series for those wanting to try the practice bit aren't yet comfortable dropping in a weekly ongoing class. She will move you through basic postures and breathwork so each person feels comfortable with the class flow. She welcomes questions and exploration during the practice.
For new students, it is best to commit to all 4 weeks, since the classes build on each other. But this is also a good foundational class for any yoga practitioner. All are welcome.
If you want to take all 4 weeks in May, the best pricing option is the Beginner Series pass, with all 4 classes for $35. Or use any class pass to join.
The Beginner Series will be held Saturdays in May from 10:30-11:30 am. There will be a minimum needed to hold this class, so tell some friends or come together. Motivation to form a new habit is often easier when you have to be accountable to others. Pre-register here.
