Law student Katie King is taking over the Tuesday evening Power Hour yoga class, starting January 10th. She has a fun, vinyasa flow style and great playlists. She will work with fluid flows, balances, and inversions for those wanting a little sweat and challenge. She will also work on building the strength and flexibility to access more challenging postures if you're not yet ready to fly.
Power hour takes place Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:00 pm. While this is an all-levels class, it will move faster and some knowledge of yoga postures is helpful. As with all new physical activity, please check with a physician if you are new to exercise before beginning a challenging program.
