Holly has a long history in the study of human movement, including a BS in Kinesiology from Indiana University and an MEd in Athletic Training from the University of Virginia. She got her first fitness certification 20 years ago, around the same time that she arrived in Lexington. As a former athletic trainer, recovery from injury to fitness is an area of expertise in which she has many years of experience helping others. She also taught PE at Waddell Elementary here in Lexington. She helps people of all ages move ALL DAY LONG. She is fit, healthy and strong and believes that a balance between your LIFE and your SELF is the MOST important.
