Caitlin McAvoy

Caitlin is BASI trained Pilates instructor who aims to have you leaving the studio feeling empowered, capable and a little sore in all the right places. Originally from Harrisonburg, Virginia, Caitlin is also a professional actress who has lived and performed in New York and California before finding her new home in Lexington.

Caitlin started her Pilates practice as cross-training for her professional ballet training. She is now a BASI-certified practitioner specializing in Mat Pilates, Reformer, Tower, Chair and private training.

Away from the studio, Caitlin loves hiking the Blue Ridge, vintage clothing and reading a good book on her front porch swing. You can catch Caitlin performing at New Views Theatre here in Lexington, on The Hallmark Channel and on Hulu!
