Service Description

Pay attention to alignment and breath in this 1 hour 15 minute morning practice. Caroline's attention to detail and use of props comes from her Iyengar teacher-in-training program she completed at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in San Francisco in 2008. A Senior Iyengar teacher calls this kind of yoga "meditation in action." Be ready to bring your attention inward to give your body/mind a morning tune-up.
