Service Description

This vinyasa class offers the practitioner a chance to challenge themselves with a faster paced flow as well as the opportunity to explore more advanced asanas. We will move every muscle group to build strength and endurance, but then slow down for some deep stretches in the style of Yin yoga. This class explores the balance between challenge and release. Modifications will be offered for the less experienced student.
