Sacred Circle Women's Breathwork

Service Description

This breathwork circle will explore conscious breathing for stress and anxiety management. This circle will rotate locations monthly. Any women 21 and over are welcome to drop in or attend regularly. The cost is $15, paid directly to Brittany. Brittany Klinger attended University of Kansas, Master of Science, Counseling Psychology, Graduated 2017. She offers virtual talk therapy for individuals. She uses breathwork techniques and guided meditations for nervous system support & identifying emotions.
