Service Description

Get personalized practice and experienced yogis leading a 30 or 60 minute class for one or two people. Before your first session, you will fill out a wellness questionnaire that is kept confidential between the teacher and students. This is a great way to work on gaining strength and confidence for furthering your practice. If you are wanting to work on a new or old injury, please consult a physician to find out if yoga is right for you. Our teachers, though experienced, are not health care providers or counselors.
