Service Description
For beginners or those with mobility challenges, try a class that combines stretch and breath while using a chair (if needed) as a prop. Many people find going from the floor to standing to be challenging. The chair makes that transition easier and also allows for some helpful structure to use while moving into a yoga asana (pose). The chair can facilitate folding, twisting, and backbends. This class will also use a yoga mat and sometimes a yoga strap or blocks. The studio provides props or you can bring your own. All props are sanitized after use.
