Solstice Vibes: Aerial Yoga + Soundbath

Service Description

Enjoy 40-minutes of restorative aerial yoga with Karen Stanley while Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations plays. Then in a long yoga relaxation, Greg will create a 40-minute sonic cocoon with deep relaxation of bells, bowls, gongs, and chimes to relax the nervous system and promote energetic healing and vitality. Please pre-register as space is limited to 9 aerial hammocks. If you are not interested in a hammock, you can do yoga and experience the sound bath on the mat. Just drop in and don't pre-register for the mat. The cost for the sound bath is $20. Or you can use a 10 class or monthly or semester unlimited pass and pay $10 (the difference between the pass and the cost of the workshop). Pay the difference the day of the soundbath (cash or check preferred). Pass users should sign up & pay the difference in the studio.
