This unique class pairs a diaphragmatic conscious connected breathing method & the deepest form of guided meditation, Yoga Nidra. The first portion of class is practicing a breathing method to release any anxiety, stress, or tension in the body. Next is a guided meditation based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra. Please dress comfortably, bring water and optional pillow and/or blanket to keep warm. Eat lightly and allow time for digestion prior to class. Please refrain from wearing any strong perfume.
